Plumbing
So on the upstairs bathroom faucet today the cold water suddenly won't shut completely off; I have no real idea why, other than the faucet valve isn't closing all the way, or perhaps something's jammed in there? At any rate, I turned off the cold water under the sink and have been pondering taking the faucet apart or if we should instead just call a plumber.

I'm guessing you could fix it. Is it just a leaky faucet or more than that? After skipping a dozen link farm results on Google, I found this snippet:
"Faucets usually leak because of old gaskets or 0-rings and corroded valve seats."
So take it apart and check it out!

Doesn't seem to be more than just a leaky faucet--there's nothing going on under the sink at the valve or anything--so it should be fairly easy.
Thanks for the snippet. "Link farm results," I like that. :)
