Someone needed to buy a hell of a lot of Sudafed.
I remember seein’ this guy’s mugshot last year in the Bend Bulletin. He inspired me to create the Bend Psychos Collectible Card Game. I use the term "create" liberally, as I never actually created anything beyond howling laughter and amusement.
