SouthFlorida.com is running a photo gallery of kids scared of Santa Claus, which is gut-busting funny. (Really! I laughed out loud at a lot of these.) But some of these Santas are so messed up that I had to re-run them here. (But go check out the rest.)

i worked as a Santa's Helper at a mall in L.A. In fact, i went back at Easter, and a couple more Christmases and Easters, because i enjoy the pain, i guess. I got this to say- you get several hundred kids in one place, and you deal with each of them and try to do it in a helpful and friendly manner, and you don't look or feel so hot at the end of the day- which usually lasted 10 hours, and 12-14 on Christmas Eve. Worse than the kids? The parents. Oh my god, the parents.
